This trip is ideal for those who have never been to China before and offers a complete martial arts history and culture experience:

Week One: (Beijing Sightseeing, Martial Arts Traiining and Taoist Study Workshop)
Group 1: (Sightseeing and Local Culture Experiences): Ideal for those who are coming to Beijing for the first time. You will have the opportunity to visit the most famous historical attractions in China's capital city such as Tian'anmen Square, the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven, the Summer Palace and the Great Wall. Also included in your trip are many local cultural activities including visiting a Tea House, a Silk Factory, watching the Peking Opera and an Acrobatics Show, learning calligraphy, Chinese medicine and dumpling making!
Group 2: (Tai Chi & Qigong Study with Taoism Workshops): Ideal for those who have been to China before. The course focuses on a Tai Chi Fan Form and Taoism Philosophy workshops include Taoism in Tai Chi practice, Taoism in improved health and Taoism's influence on Chinese people. These workshops are an excellent way to broaden your understanding of Chinese culture and people.
Group 3: Wushu and Kung Fu Training Learn or train Chinese Martial Arts, Wushu and Kung Fu in the land of their origins, under the guidance of famous Chinese masters both young and old. Our martial arts workshops encompass traditional and contemporary styles as well as external and internal forms. The external group includes Modern Wushu, Traditional Kung Fu and Sanshou.
Week Two Trip Options: choose from Wudang Mountain, Gulin and Yunnan
1) Trip to Wudang Mountain
After spending a few days in Beijing participants will travel to Wudang Mountain, the famous Taoist centre. Every morning you will train in Wudang Tai Chi with Priest Chen. The sessions will focus on a Sanfeng Form, one of the main forms in Wudang Martial Arts. In the afternoon you can enjoy a relaxing tour of beautiful Wudang Mountain. 2) Trip to Guilin & Yangshou
The program also includes a relaxing trip to one of the famous spots in China (Gulin and Yangshuo). Enjoy a relaxing time in the picturesque countryside of Guilin and Yangshuo, the most beautiful ancient towns in China. 3). Trip to Yunnan (Lijiang & Dali)
Get a different and equally rewarding cultural experience in the ancient city of Lijiang and Dali. Famed for their traditional villages and ethnic minority people groups, Lijiang will touch your heart as you walk along the narrow cobblestone streets and cross over bridge after bridge that connect its intricate water canals. 5. Southern Discovery of China

7. Yangtze River Experience

This holiday is ideal for participants who have traveled with us previously and want to explore more places in China. It includes the famous cities of Shanghai and Hangzhou. Here you can see how southern Chinese people, visit a traditional tea plantation and discover Huangshan (Yellow Mountain), one of the most magnificent mountain ranges in China. The Yellow Mountain is legendary for its magnificent scenery and has been an inspiration to Chinese artists for centuries. Nearby Hongcun village was the main location for the movie 'Crouching Tiger and Hidden Dragon'. During the second week we start our adventure down the Yangtze River on a boat tour from Chongqing. Here you will see the famous three gorges along with mountains, waterfalls, ancient tombs and local villages. This is a totally new experience of southern China and another opportunity for any enthusiastic photographers!
