What are included in the Tour?
1. Airport Pick Up
Our staff will meet you at Beijing International Capital Airport and will be holding an orange colored SCIC sign to identify them. A trip welcome pack will be handed out to every participant so you can start enjoying your China experience straight away, whilst our staff introduces the program on the coach. We will take you back to the Airport once the trip finished.

2. Transportation
Our private coach and driver will be provided during your trip in China for safe and pleasant transport to and from the hotels and to every place where the activities take place, such the historical sites, training places, downtown in Beijing and the train station. |

3. Accommodation
SCIC Travel accommodation range from 3, 4 or 5 star hotels, depending on the standard you selected for your visit in China. All standard rooms have one double or twin beds, air-conditioning, en suite shower/bath room and satellite television. Some hotels offer facilities such as choice of restaurants and pubs, Health and Fitness club with gym, Jacuzzi, indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, massage, bowling, table tennis and games room. All the accommodation we have selected is generally good condition, with two people sharing a standard room. |

4. Food & Beverages
Most meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) are included in our travel prorgams, please check the meals that mentioned on the itinerary. Breakfast in the hotel is generally buffet style with a choice of both Western style and Chinese food, but lunches and dinners in local restaurants are mostly Chinese food. Chinese tea, soft drinks and Chinese beer are served with lunch and dinner and there are plenty of dishes available for vegetarians. If you have special requirements for your meals, please inform us on the registration form in advance. (Plus the wonderful welcome dinner and the farewell party).

5. Trip Brief & Orientation
Participants will be given a comprehensive orientation session on the first day of arrival. This briefing will provide all the information about our trip including local map, itinerary, timetable, emergency contact numbers, plus the locations of amenities such as pubs, supermarkets and post office. In addition, participants will be taken on a brief tour around the hotel and then on a more extensive walking tour of the neighborhood so you can orientate yourself and make the most of local facilities. |

6. All activities mentioned on the Itinerary
Administration entrance Fee for all sightseeing programs; Local activities, cultural & arts workshops, shows & festivals that mentioned on the itinerary. |

7. Personal Assistances
Our program is full of activities, but don’t worry, we have plenty of free time that allow you to rest or do your shopping, and if you prefer you make your own way to explore other interesting places in each place we visit. Our staff will be your new friends and help you get around the places and provide all information you need.
