Traditional Chinese Medicine Course

Our SCIC Study Division offers students the opportunity to learn basic Traditional Chinese Medicine. Students can study full-time at the Beijing University for Chinese Medicine, the most well-known centre for medical instruction in China, or combine this course with another main program, studying two or three times a week at SCIC Beijing's Cultural center. This course is suitable for any range from complete beginners to advanced learners, and is taught mostly in Chinese with an English interpreter provided.

Taught by famous professors and doctors, students will have lectures and workshops on all aspects of TCM basics and theory, including diagnosis, illness and remedies. Students can gain insights into Chinese culture while also participating in social activities and experiences! There are also travel opportunities available for anyone wanting to explore this amazing country further. With SCIC an exceptional China experience awaits you!

-SCIC Cultural Center Beijing
2 to 3:30 pm (Tuesday / Thursday)

Single / Combined Courses:
Students have two options - choose one subject as your main focus or combine two together! Choose from TCM and any of our other courses including Martial Arts, Language or Business. For more details please see the relevant web-pages or contact us.

Study Contents:
Learn the basics of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Through workshops, study different aspects of TCM, including the Essentials of TCM, Diagnostic Methods, Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage), Acupuncture & Moxibustion, Medical Herbs, TCM Dietary Therapy and TCM Medical Qigong. Visit the top TCM University and Hospital etc.
