Other Dates

(Other trips can be arranged if your group would like to travel outside of our set dates. These trips are subjected to a minimum of 10 participants.)

Airport Pick-up / Drop-off
Meet all the participants at the airport, responsible to transfer to hotels that arranged for the trip. We will take you back to the airport once the trip finished.

Welcome Pack
Including both Trip badge, Beijing map, That¡¯s Beijing Magazine, itinerary, timetable, emergency contact numbers, plus the locations of amenities such as pubs, supermarkets and post office.

SCIC Trip Souvenirs
All particpants will be given one selected Chinese present and one SCIC T-shirt as the souvernirs in each trip, sports and camp program. Moreover, training trouses and weapons will be provide for martial arts trips.

Orientation Day
Participants will be taken on a brief tour around the hotel and then on a more extensive walking tour of the neighborhood so you can orientate yourself and make the most of local facilities.

A Prestigious Certificate
All participants will be given a certificate on the Wushu training in Beijing, the Kung Fu training in Shaolin Temple, Tai Chi training in Chen Village in Henan and Wudang Kung Fu training in Wudang Mountains.

All Standard Meals & Beverages
All meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) are included in the trip except last two free days. Breakfast in the hotel is generally buffet style with a choice of both Western style and Chinese food, but lunches and dinners in local restaurants are mostly Chinese food. Plus the wonderful welcome dinner and the farewell party.

Accommodation (3 or 4-Star hotels)
Participants will stay at either 3 or 4 Star hotels depending on the location of the activities taking place during your visit in China. Standard rooms have one double or twin beds, air-conditioning, en suite shower/bath room and satellite television. Some hotels offer facilities such as choice of restaurants and pubs, Health and Fitness club with gym, Jacuzzi, indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, massage, bowling, table tennis and games room. more info

All Local Social Activities (8 selected activities)
A wide range of local and social activities will be organized throughout the trip program including a Peking Duck feast, Chinese Hot Pot night, karaoke night, Chinese teahouse, Peking opera and souvenir shopping. more info

All Culture and Arts Workshops (Six selected workshops)
Culture and arts workshops such as Chinese calligraphy, brush painting, Chinese medicine, traditional musical instruments, making Chinese dumpling etc. more info

All Sightseeing programs (Entrance fees and English Speaking Guides)
Trip fee including all the sightseeing prorgams mentioned on the itinerary. Admission and etrance fees, transportation and English speaking guides are included in all of the trips. more info

All Martial Arts workshops (Main Trip)
Trip fees include all the Wushu training in Beijing, the Kung Fu training in Shaolin Temple, Tai Chi training in Chen Village in Henan and Wudang Kung Fu training in Wudang Mountains. more info

Internal Air-conditioned Transportation
Our private coach and driver will be provided during your trip in China for safe and pleasant transport to and from the hotels and to every place where the activities take place, such the historical sites, training places, downtown in Beijing and the train station.

All the Internal Flights and Train journeys in China (If the programs apply to)
All the train and flight mentioned on the itinerary are included in the trip. Short train journey with first class tickets. The long journey to other cities will be taken by plane.

Visa
Chinese visas can be easily applied for 3 months prior to the trip. This can be done by visiting the Visa Office or Chinese Embassy in your home country. We will provide all the information and documents for your visa application. more info

Travel Insurance
For the purposes of flight cancellation and medical expanses for your trip. You will be responsible for arranging it yourself with the insurance companies or travel agencies in your home country.

International Flight Tickets
Our trip programs do not include the return flights from your home country, so flight tickets should be obtained prior by yourself or the group leader or school teacher to departure. For booking requirements and cheap flights, please click here

Tips for Tour Guides and Drivers
It is customary in the travel sector to tip the tour guides and bus drivers for their services. Generally tipping of 1 English pound or 2 Dollor per day per person is recommended, but there is no obligation to do this. You can tip them according to the services they provided.
