Basics are the key for students to improve their levels.
The Wushu course will focus on basics training such as kicks,
stances, turning and spinning movements. There is also the
opportunity to learn new international forms and other competition
forms, which include:

2. San Shuo Group
San Shou is a modern form of full contact Wushu based
on the tradition of martial arts. Attack is the essence of
Wushu. In San Shou the contestants compete with such techniques
as kicking, hitting and wrestling under certain regulations.
They are permitted to use both hands and feet, which facilitates
flexible moves and tricks. This group will focus on learning
the training methods and basic San Shou techniques such as
punches, kicks, grasping and throwing. It is ideal for students
to improve their San Shou levels and learn how to teach the
system of San Shou in Chinese ways.

Certificate
All participants will be presented with a certificate of the
study and training programs attended, which is recognized
by the International Wushu Federation.
Included Study Materials
All textbooks, handouts, training uniforms, shoes and weapons
for the program will be provided free of charge by SCIC.
Additional Classes
Additional Classes including the introduction to Chinese Language,
Martial Arts Terms, after class training with Chinese Students,
private classes etc.
Social Activities
A wide range of activities will be organized throughout the
program including a Peking Duck feast, Chinese Hot Pot night,
karaoke, Chinese teahouse, Peking opera and souvenir shopping.
Our dinners and social evenings are fun filled events and
are a great way to meet other people from all over the world.

Culture & Arts Workshops
Culture and arts workshops such as Chinese calligraphy, brush
painting, Chinese medicine, traditional musical instruments,
making Chinese dumplings etc. are a unique opportunity for
students to learn and experience some of China¡¯s traditional
skills and crafts. All workshops are taught and demonstrated
by professionals of each craft. Workshops are usually held

Optional Weekend Tours
Specially arranged weekend tours provide a good opportunity
for students to discover Beijing's major historical and cultural
attractions, including the Great Wall, Summer Palace, Temple
of Heaven, Lama Temple, Tian'anmen Square and the Forbidden
City. Admission, transportation and English speaking guides
are provided at no extra cost. More
