Visa Instruction

Chinese visas can be easily applied for 3 months prior to the trip. This can be done by visiting the Visa Office or Chinese Embassy. We will provide all the information and documents for your visa application. All applicants should submit an application in person or through a third party (e.g. travel agency).

Individual Visas

If you want to keep your options open on arrival and departure dates or extend your trip, we recommend you to apply for your own visa. Simply download the Individual Visa Application Form. Bring the completed visa application form, your passport, and the itinerary we provide on the web site or flight booking details from travel agency to the Visa Section of the Chinese Embassy. It takes 3 working days to process an individual visa.

Checklist

1. Completed visa application form
2. Itinerary or Flights Booking details
3. Passport (valid for at least six months after return date to your country)
4. Passport sized photograph
5. Visa Application fee

Group Visas

A tourist group should comprise at least 5 members. Group Visas can be easily applied for 3 months prior to departure. Simply download the Group Visa Application Form. One member of the group or a travel agent courier should be responsible for taking the applicants visa documentation to the Chinese embassy in person. It is recommended to apply for the group visa as early as possible as it takes 2 weeks to process.

a) Group Visa Application Form
b) Photocopies of the passports of all group members showing photograph and passport number
c) Invitation Letter (from SCIC)
d) Itinerary (from SCIC)
e) Flights booking details (if available)
f) Application fees
