Chinese Teahouses have traditionally been where artists, mandarins, intellectuals and dilettantes converge to enjoy tea, talk and relax. They sell everything from skewered beef to Chinese quails eggs and fried noodles all in the fast food style. Dishes are customised and fried on the spot.
