Our trip programs
do not include the return flights from your home country,
so flight tickets should be obtained prior by yourself or
the group leader or school teacher to departure. This can
be done by phoning the airline direct e.g. Air-China, BA or
via a travel agencies in your local area. Alternatively tickets
can be bought via the Internet (e.g.www.expedia.com).
Flight Booking Requirements
Please note that flight dates should match the dates on the
itineraries provided. For example, if the trip starts on 14th
March and finishes on 28th March, you should book the flight
out on 13th March to arrive in Beijing on 14th March, the
day when is the trip officially started, and the return flight
should be booked on 28th March (arrives back in UK same day).
If you arrive earlier or depart later in Beijing, you will
be responsible for an extra ¡ê25 pounds charge per night per
person. It is recommended to book the tickets approximately
two months before the departure to ensure availability of
the flights required. It is also recommended that groups travel
out and back together.
