What is Zen FIT

A revolutionary mind-body group fitness program built around “yin / yang meditations”

by pairing Taijiquan-inspired movement with Taiji philosophy, Zen FIT takes mind-body fitness to a whole new level.

Who is Zen FIT for?

People who live fast-paced, time-compressed lives,resulting in physical and mental stress.instead of memorizing forms, they wish to experience “meditation in motion” directly.


Objectives

The Taiji Zen products and services are not just products to help people keep fit; they also inspire people to seek a more balanced approach to life in order to be healthy and happy.

Program Highlights

Each “Yin/Yang” Class Set Features:

• A unique meditation theme, such as “Open/Close” or “Stillness/Motion”

• A targeted functional training goal,such as strength, stamina, or balance

• A beautiful set of theme-inspiredmusic

• A two minute theme-inspired movementset for personal practice or performance


Training Format

Each ~60 minute class is broken into three cycles of “Relax,Root, Flow.” This process follows basic Taiji training philosophy and helps strengthen the connection between one’s mental intent and physical movement.
