Chinese Food & Cooking Course
Study Chinese Martial Arts and learn how to cook Chinese food at the same time! Chinese food is justifiably famous for its diversity, concoction and regional variations in cooking styles. Based on the principles of healthy harmony, Chinese dishes are produced with 'balanced' textures, colours and tastes. Our cookery course combines a series of cookery demonstrations of Chinese dishes that are well received both in China and abroad. Students are given the opportunity to take part in the demonstrations and taste the food that is prepared. All cookery course books, including extensive notes, will be provided for each participant.
This course is available in combination with Martial Arts training. Students will be study two or three times a week at SCIC Beijing's Cultural Centre. Courses are taught mostly in Chinese with an English interpreter provided, and transportation will be provided to the centre from host universities and schools.

Instructors & Chefs
All teachers on the course are former professionals. The award-winning Beijing New Oriental Cuisine School has been established for over 20 years, and to date has trained over 200,000 Chinese chefs. All teachers are committed to providing a wonderful cookery experience for our foreign students.
