Course Description
Study and train in Tai Chi (Taiji Quan) under respected masters and qualified instructors at one of the top Tai Chi (Taiji) Institutes, universities and professional teams in China! Tai Chi Quan is a traditional Chinese martial art that was originally practiced for self defense, but today is primarily practiced for its health benefits. Unlike many martial arts, tai chi is characterized by soft, slow, flowing movements that emphasize yielding to an attack, rather than using brute strength.
The SCIC Tai Chi (Taiji Quan) Course is designed for both beginners and advanced learners. Our beginner's course focuses on learning basic hand forms, stances and step works, body techniques and co-ordination, as well as learning some simplified forms etc. Our advanced course concentrates on correcting students' basic movements, enhancing students' technical condition, introducing new techniques and studying new competition forms.
