Shaolin Temple (Tagou) Kung Fu Institue
The Shaolin Temple Tagou Kung Fu School is well-known as the biggest school in the Shaolin Temple region. It was established in 1978 by the nationally renowned Kung Fu master Liu Baoshan, who is also well-known as one of the most remarkable exponents of Chinese folk culture. The Tagou Kung Fu School is famous for Shaolin Kung Fu and Sanshou (Chinese Kick-Boxing), and there more than 20,000 students in the school, aged between 5 to 35 years of age. There is also a high proportion of female students. Some have won national and international titles and medals, and the school sent teachers and students to take part in the splendid Olympic opening ceremony. The school regularly takes part in shows and performances to demonstrate the power and beauty of traditional Shaolin Kung Fu.

-Training Halls & Facilities:
The Shaolin Temple Tagou Kung Fu School covers 550,000 square meters with 19 training areas both indoor and outdoor. All training grounds are equipped with all required martial arts training facilities and equipments.
-Accommodation:
Accommodation at the school includes a private room with TV, air conditioning, and training with a personal coach. Meals can be purchased in the hotel restaurant or any of the many eating places outside Tagou on the main street. An average meal costs about $1.25.
