Wudang Kung Fu Academy

The Wudang Kungfu Academy was established in 2007 by Master Chen Shixing, next to Wudang Mountain in Hubei province. Master Chen dreamed of creating a truly great Kungfu academy, and with this in mind, he carefully selected the present location next to Yuanhe Temple. It is a place of great beauty and has a long history of martial arts training and development. The Academy teaches Wudang martial arts, which are based on ancient Taoist doctrines, good for one's physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

-Head Master
Master Chen's Taoist name is Shixing Chen. He was born in Yangxi county, Hubei provence, and is a 15th generation disciple of the Wudang Sanfeng Sect. He inherited the traditional Wudang martial arts of this famous mountain region and is a highly accomplished master of Qigong, Taiji, Bagua and Xingyi.
-Accommodation
The academy covers an area of 4000 square meters and has more than 50 rooms. Both single and double rooms are available, some with internet and modern facilities, others more simple if you wish to experience a traditional way of Daoist study.
